Were you raised in a household with a lot of drama? Whether this involved affairs, divorce, addiction, or emotionally immature/narcissistic parenting, it has certainly impacted your ability to feel safe, secure, confident. I work with individuals, couples, and families to recover from the impacts of attachment trauma and its multigenerational effects on relationships.
I love helping clients learn to identify and better communicate their wants, needs, and boundaries to decrease emotional suffering and gain power over their lives. My style is warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space for you to be your most authentic and vulnerable self.
I was initially drawn to the profession after realizing that there was a gap in the field for people suffering from pet bereavement. Often, depression, shame, and isolation follow disenfranchised grief. If you are suffering from the loss of a pet you've come to the right place. I'm a clinician who gets it.
